A magnificent, fully independent house, perfectly renovated, just a 5-minute drive from the center of Tivoli, located in a green and pristine area.

The house is a guesthouse of a prestigious villa designed by architect Julio Lafuente, in which "the echoes of the pumpkins from the nearby Villa of Hadrian are reinterpreted in a modern way through a skillful play of contrasts and offsets of walls built with Roman bricks, bent and curved by a mysterious force."

The house is on one floor and very bright. From every window, you can admire the centuries-old olive trees that surround it. From the bedroom window, you can see the remains of the so-called "Villa of Cassius" nestled among the olive groves uphill.

The house can accommodate up to 4 people, featuring a double bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.

We do not have air conditioning, but we provide fans, which are always very useful.

It is the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside.

You can reach Villa Adriana with a 15-minute walk along the bike path that runs alongside the property.
